Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of Minepath. By accessing or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Minepath.
Last updated: May 2026
1. The service
Minepath provides tools and information to help you explore keyword ideas and demand signals based on data you provide and third-party data sources. Features may include scans (“nuggets”), saved results, billing, and related content. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
2. Accounts
You need an account to use protected parts of the product. You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Minepath. For example you must not: attempt to gain unauthorized access; interfere with or disrupt the service; scrape or automate access beyond reasonable personal use; reverse engineer except as allowed by law; use the service to violate applicable law; or overload our systems or third-party APIs.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and limits
Paid plans, pricing, and scan or usage limits are described in the product and at checkout. Fees are processed by our payment provider. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until you cancel according to the billing flow shown when you subscribe. If you exceed limits or payment fails, we may restrict access until resolved.
5. Third-party services
Minepath relies on services such as authentication, hosting, analytics, payment processing, and data providers. Their terms and privacy policies may also apply. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability or accuracy.
6. Disclaimers
Minepath provides information and tools for your own business decisions. Keyword metrics, trends, and estimates come from third-party sources and models; they may be incomplete or change. Nothing on Minepath is legal, financial, tax, or professional SEO advice. You use the service at your own risk.
7. Intellectual property
Minepath and its branding, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business purposes while these terms apply. You may not copy our product except as allowed by law or with our permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minepath and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or, if none, £50. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if we must comply with law, or to protect the service. You may stop using Minepath at any time. Provisions that should survive (e.g. liability, governing law) survive termination.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we will try to give reasonable notice (for example by email or in-product notice). Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
